Pensacola Little Theatre’s Treehouse Theatre is proud to announce the 2009-10 playbill design contest!

This art contest is open to children ages 5-13 in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Baldwin, Mobile and Escambia (AL) counties. The winner will receive a FlexPass, good for six tickets to any PLT production ($100 value) and their design will be on the cover for all Treehouse playbills for the 09-10 season.

I have a PDF of the contest rules which includes a little information about the mission of Treehouse theatre and the shows the playbill will be used for. If you contact me so I have your email, I can send that right out to you.

We look forward to your students’ contributions. I'm new in this position, by the way, and would welcome any help or information you could give me for extending our programs and classes to Gulf Coast area homeschoolers.

NOTE: The Movement Academy will start January 12th!

Good afternoon everyone!!

First, I would like to apologize for my lack of communication over the past couple of weeks; I have been away from the office, and surprisingly, my email. It was nice to see so many emails in my inbox about the Academy offerings this year!

SO, down to the good stuff! WE WILL BE OFFERING THE UWF MOVEMENT ACADEMY AGAIN THIS YEAR!!!! In spite of how fast the summer seems to have gone by, Chelsea, Danny, and I have been putting our heads together to make sure we keep making strides in providing you with a quality physical education program!

This year, we will be starting on September 8, 2009. We will keep with our traditional schedule of 1:00 – 3:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the HLS Facility (building 72) on the University of West Florida Main Campus in Pensacola!
